Nearly there, nearly. First 3 pics show them glued to their bases and initial texture added, fine sand and grit. Next 3 pics show them after the final bonding fluid added (very diluted PVA glue, this flows in between the particles and absorbed by some. It may cause a little warping on the chariot bases but once dry and after painting, they can be gently bent back into place.) Bases will be finished with sand paint and highlight, plus a little greenery, probably clump foliage rather than covering all the bases in grass, I want arid, not lush pasture or pure desert....
