Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unpainted, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@battlehonours3d.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, along with the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please note: custom or personalised items (such as special orders made to your specification) may not be eligible for return under standard policy. However, EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal as described below — please contact us if you have questions about your specific order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended if it would otherwise end on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of cancellation before your order is fulfilled: contact us at sales@battlehonours3d.com and we will cancel your order at no charge.

To exercise your right of return after delivery: contact us at sales@battlehonours3d.com within 14 days of receiving your last item. Your item must be unpainted, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
