ACW Union Armies - Union Cavalry - Brigade

ACW Union cavalry brigades represent larger mounted commands formed from multiple regiments. Brigade-sized cavalry became increasingly important in major operations as the Civil War progressed.

Use these formations for large cavalry actions, army screening and campaign games. They can operate as independent mounted forces or support larger Union infantry armies in battles set between 1861 and 1865.
