Napoleonic Wars miniatures for historical wargaming
The Napoleonic Wars were fought across Europe during the early nineteenth century, with France facing a series of changing coalitions. In the Iberian Peninsula, British forces fought alongside Spanish and Portuguese allies against Napoleonic France from 1808 to 1814. The campaign became one of the British Army's main contributions to the war and produced battles including Talavera, Salamanca and Vitoria. Napoleon returned from exile in 1815, but his final campaign ended at the Battle of Waterloo on 18 June, where an Anglo-Allied army under the Duke of Wellington fought alongside Prussian forces under Field Marshal Blücher.
