This is the honest view of ranges and additions being prepared behind the scenes. It shows where the catalogue is heading without pretending every design is ready for release.
New products only move from the pipeline to the shop after the files, scales, test prints and production method have been checked.
The range or expansion has a place in our development plan.
Dates are announced only when production checks are far enough advanced.
Pipeline entries are previews, not products currently available to buy.
Current priority
The largest confirmed range currently prepared in the Shopify catalogue structure is the Seven Years’ War. The complete navigation framework is already in place, while the product collections remain empty until the models are ready.

The backend is organised for the five principal European armies, with routes for individual sets, battalions, regiments and brigades. That structure is ready to receive products as each group passes production checks.
What still has to happen
Models must be test printed, checked across the intended scales, assigned to the correct formations and prepared with clear product information before the collection opens for sale.
Range building beyond the headline release
Austrian Napoleonic formations
Shopify contains reserved coming-soon routes for larger Austrian army formations and flexible individual sets. They remain intentionally empty until the products are ready to be sold rather than filled with placeholders.
Additions to existing ranges
Not every future release is a complete new army. Customer requests also shape extra poses, supporting units, personalities, buildings and terrain that make existing collections more complete.
What happens before a model goes live
Pipeline questions
Does “in the pipeline” mean I can order it now?
No. Products are available only when a live product page includes scale and purchase options.
Why are some coming-soon collections empty?
The collection structure is built in advance so new products can be organised correctly when ready. Empty collections are reserved routes, not missing stock.
Will every small addition appear here first?
Not always. Large ranges and important expansions are more likely to be tracked here, while a smaller supporting set may move from testing to release without a long preview period.
Can customers influence what is developed?
Yes. Requests are especially useful when they identify a missing unit, pose, building or battlefield feature that would complete an existing range.
