“We promise to match or beat the competitor’s price available when you contact us.”
At Battle Honours 3D we are confident that you will not be able to find any of our thousands of products cheaper online; if you do, we will always endeavour to match that price. To ensure that our price matching policy is consistent and fair we have developed several terms and conditions outlined below.
- The item in question must be offered on identical terms and where we can check the price and stock position. The item must be in stock.
- We will match the price visible online not including an additional discounts / offer
- The item must be the same or extremely similar to the one available on www.battlehonours3d.com
- We will only price match against UK registered companies
- We will not offer a price match after the point of sale
- All price matches will be subject to any delivery charges outlined on the competitor’s website
- We will only price match against a website that offers comparable model conditions
- Limited to maximum two units per order or transaction
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Merchants and their items are exempt from our price match policy
- Although price match promise is available to everyone, we reserve the right not to alter our listed price
Once received we will contact you to confirm we have received your price match request within 72 hours confirming the price. We will then continue to monitor the price for the next 7 days, if the price does not change then we will send you a custom offer code to purchase the item at the discounted rate with us.
